Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel the appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled or rescheduled at least 4 hours in advance.
Our doctors want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses the opportunity to be seen.
No Show Policy
A "no show" is someone who misses an appointment without calling to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This also includes patients who are not present within ten minutes of their appointment time regardless of a prior phone call.
Any appointments that are cancelled without a one-hour notice are considered “late cancellations.” Those with multiple late cancellations will be treated as a no show. All late cancellations and no show appointments will be recorded in the appointment schedule.

Cancellation or no show by the Practitioner or any variation in the fees charged, provided these have been addressed to under TermsandCondition
In case, booking fee or consultant fee or both charged during the appointment and the appointment is not cancelled within 4 hours, you will be charged a booking fee or consultant fee or both.
TheMarkati will ensure users are provided confirmed appointment on the Book facility. However, TheMarkati has no liability if such an appointment is later cancelled by the Practitioner, or the same Practitioner is not available for appointment. Provided, it does not fall under the heads listed under the AdditionalTerms, in which case the terms of this program shall apply.
